Abstract
An examination of 21 strains of Cryptococcus neoformans isolated from environmental and clinical sources in Germany revealed only serotypes A, D, and AD. Of these, 13 isolates were serotype A, 5 isolates were serotype D, and 3 isolates were identified as serotype AD. The absence of serotypes B or C confirms earlier reports from other European countries. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
