Abstract
Summary The antibacterial and enzymatic cationic proteins of acid extracts of PMN lysosomes were resolved on a preparative scale by density gradient electrophoresis. The 32P releasing activity was closely associated with antibacterial action. Lysosomal ribonuclease was electrophoretically heterogeneous. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
