Abstract
A method is described for radiolabeling polyanionic macromolecules by the formation of an electrostatic complex with a radioiodinated tyramine conjugated DEAE‐dextran. Data is presented on the use of this technique for the detection and quantitation of immunospecific binding of polynitrophenylated proteins, deoxyribonucleic acids, and cell surfaceantigens. Keywords
