Abstract
Trypsin and chymotrypsin were injected parenterally by various routes into rats in which the granuloma pouch of Selye was produced. With dosages of trypsin between 100 and 1000 units and chymotrypsin between 1000 and 5000 units / rat, no significant effect upon the appearance of the inflammatory lesion was found. Keywords
