Abstract
The pH optima of 4 phosphatases present in rat liver homogenate were at 4, 5, 5.8-7 and 8. The enzyme having an optimum at pH 5 was herein reported for the first time. Phosphatases were differentiated by means of substrate optima, stability studies, inhibitors and activation by Mg.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
