Abstract
The ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) as a cause of death in infertile patients involved in in vitro fertilization is an extremely rare phenomenon. Reported here are the clinical and pathological features of just such a case together with a discussion of the pathophysiology thought to be involved.Keywords
