Abstract
Two cases of Bell's palsy associated with the simultaneous appearance of a benign trigeminal sensory neuropathy are reported. This rare combination of cranial nerve dysfunction suggest a common etiology. The absence of demonstrable systemic disease and the satisfactory spontaneous recovery in each case infers a vascular etiology or a disorder of hypersensitivity. Keywords
