Abstract
Radiation patterns of a circular microstrip antenna have been calculated with Green’s functions for a two‐layer medium and compared with previous results which are valid for thin slabs and small dielectric constants. A mode expansion technique is then used to find fields and resonant frequencies. The theoretical results for the input impedances are found and are in good agreement with experimental data. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
