Abstract
The ANDC method, used to correct atomic decay curves for cascades in beam-foil spectroscopy, has been further developed by combining it with a multi-exponential fit and a constraint equation. The advantages of the method are demonstrated with both simulated and experimental data, and some special decay situations are commented upon. Keywords
