Abstract
An analysis of the rotational structure of the three "parallel" type bands, ν3, ν1+ν3, and ν2+ν3 and the "perpendicular" type band ν1 has been carried out. The data lead to the following effective values of A, B, and C: (A=h8π2Ia,B=h8π2Ib,C=h8π2Ic); A(ν1)=27.26 cm1, B(ν1)=14.28 cm1, C(ν1)=9.17 cm1; A(ν3)=26.50 cm1, B(ν3)=14.40 cm1, C(ν3)=9.10 cm1; A(ν1+ν3)=26.04 cm1, B(ν1+ν3)=14.16 cm1, C(ν1+ν3)=8.95 cm1;
