Abstract
[beta]-naphthol bands on apple trees captured 57 to 85% of the larvae cocooning. They were less effective on unscraped trees, and untreated bands were less effective. The lower of 2 bands contained 1/3 of the larvae. Most of the larvae removed from treated bands did not pupate, and few moths survived the winter on the ground.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
