Abstract
The electromechanical properties of piezoelectric semiconductors are treated taking the generalized depolarization factor, in which the corrections due to the leakage of electrical flux from the specimen is included, into account. The stress-strain relations analytically obtained include the generalized depolarization factor. Keywords
