Abstract
A method of analysis which is sensitive to the detailed dynamical behavior of the phase shifts is applied to the partial-wave projections of the Regge parametrization of the pion-nucleon charge-exchange spin-flip scattering amplitude. The results of the analysis suggest a number of tests of the resonance interpretation of the loops which appear in these partial-wave projections. Keywords
