Abstract
A case of multiple keratoacanthomas associated with deficient cell mediated immunity in a 44-year-old male Caucasian is presented. Many attempts to restore the lymphocyte function (transfer factor, levamisole) have failed but the treatments may have had a curative effect on the development of new lesions. The significance of impaired cellular immune defense mechanisms is discussed. Keywords
