Abstract
Studies comparing self-esteem and ethnicity are both limited and contradictory. The present study was designed to compare 200 pupils, aged 10 to 14 years, from India and the United States on self-esteem using Coopersmith's Self-esteem Inventory. A 2 × 2 analysis of variance showed pupils from the United States had significantly but only slightly higher scores on self-esteem.This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
