Abstract
It is suggested in this paper that impulse generator voltage waves for commercial testing may be compared not only on the basis of wave shape but also on the basis of relations between circuit constants. The charts and graphs included are intended to show how desirable this is, and they may be used to facilitate both front-of-wave and full-wave testing. Keywords
