Endomyocardial fibrosis associated with daunorubicin therapy.

Abstract
A case of endomyocardial fibrosis in a patient with acute myeloblastic leukaemia treated by daunorubicin is reported. The pathological findings are indistinguishable from tropical endomyocardial fibrosis.Keywords
