Abstract
High-resolution, low-background, two-dimensional -ray energy correlations vs have been measured at high spin in with the spectrometer TESSA2. Ridges characteristic of rotational behavior are observed for -ray energies MeV. The separation of the ridges gives a dynamical moment of inertai Me indicating a quadrupole deformation of for a rigid body assuming .
