Abstract
The He,t) reaction at 2 GeV is analyzed in the region of Δ-isobar production. Using the quasi-free mechanism in the framework of the distorted-wave Born approximation and the one-pion- and one-rho-exchange transition interaction, the measured angular distribution and the energy spectrum are reproduced well, both in magnitude and shape.
