Abstract
Suckling mouse tissue suspensions of strains of Coxsackie virus Group B, Types 1-5, were tested on trypsinized monkey kidney cells. All types were cytopathogenic. Strains of Group B, Types 1-4, were isolated from fecal specimens on monkey kidney cells and carried through type determination by the neutralization method in monkey kidney cell cultures. Keywords
