Abstract
Pepsins C and D and probably pepsin B as well as the major enzyme pepsin have been detected on starch-gel electrophoretograms of concentrates of the gastric contents of 4 pigs. The presence of pepsin B is further indicated by a high ratio of peptidase activity to hemoglobin-digesting activity after treatment at pH 6.9.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
