Abstract
In a seventh patient with heavy-chain disease the clinical findings were those of a malignant lymphoma without skeletal involvement. The patient's serum and urine contained an M component with electrophoretic, antigenic and ultracentrifugal properties resembling those of the Fc fragment of γG globulin. Histologic findings on biopsy were suggestive of Hodgkin's disease, but post-mortem examination failed to confirm that diagnosis. Keywords
