Abstract
From 1969 to 1977, 53 patients with surgical-pathologic stages II and III endometrial carcinoma were seen at the Istituto Nazionale Tumori of Milan. The treatment was individualized. The 5-year survival was 68.8% in stage II and 75.3% in stage III. The relapse-free survival was 68.9% and 69.4%, respectively. Adjuvant type of radiotherapy, degree of differentiation, depth of myometrial invasion, and especially sites of disease were the factors influencing survival. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
