Abstract
Four patients with renal fibrolipomatosis were presented. The clinical and radiological features were discussed, attention being drawn to the diagnostic appearances seen on the excretion pyelogram. It is suggested that the condition be classed into primary and secondary varieties. A relationship between infection, hilar lymphatic obstruction and fibro-fatty overgrowth is postulated. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
