Abstract
A patient was seen with several congenital anomalies and bilateral branchial cleft sinuses that clinically resembled inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevi. This unusual condition most likely represented a cutaneous reaction to residual branchial remnants and prior surgical therapy.Keywords
