Charge and Multiplicity Fluctuations in 205-GeV/cInteractions

Abstract
Results on charge and multiplicity fluctuations in 205-GeV/c interactions are presented. The data are shown to be consistent with a simple picture of independent emission of low-multiplicity clusters, rather than of single pions, for the major part of the inelastic cross section.
