Abstract
Precipitating antibodies were demonstrated in 23 sera from natural human mycetoma and in 12 sera from mice experimentally infected with M. mycetomi . There were no cross reactions between actinomycetoma and maduromycetoma, and control sera were uniformly negative.Keywords
