Abstract
A processed gene for human ceruloplasmin has been localized to 8q21.13→q23.1 by in situ hybridization. This result confirms the assignment of this locus to chromosome 8 by Southern blot analysis using human × hamster somatic-cell hybrids and localizes the gene to the long arm of chromosome 8.Keywords
