Abstract
The effect of 13 different drugs or drug combinations which promote pharmacological blockade of the sacral bladder reflex was studied. Cystometrogram and clinical findings were compared. Drugs appear to be effective in improving urinary incontinence in individual patients. A combination of propantheline and orphena-drine is promising. Keywords
