Abstract
Methylation of a 4-desmethylwyosine derivative fixed in anti-conformation has afforded a higher yield of fluorescent N-4-methyl isomer, 2,5′-cyclo-2-oxo-2′,3′-O-isopropylidenewyosine (7), which has been shown to be relatively stable in acidic media.This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
