Abstract
Negative parity bands were observed in with (, ) and (, ) reactions. Bandhead and level spacing properties are consistent with the proton-hole collectivity and a decoupled neutron. These bands decay to the low-lying isomers via several high-spin states, one of which, in , had a measured ns. Comparisons to bands in odd-mass Sb nuclides are made.
