Abstract
The author reports on anorgasmia and lack of ejaculation induced by clomipramine and sertraline that were successfully resolved in two different individuals without pharmacological interventions. In the first case this was accomplished by delaying the intake of clomipramine until after the sexual encounter and in the second case by intercourse immediately after the intake of sertraline. Keywords
