Abstract
Incorporation of H3-phenylalanine into serum proteins by the perfused liver of normal and irradiated rats was studied. Changes with time in total radioactivity of phenylalanine and in blood were the same in both groups. Incorporation into [alpha]1- and [beta]-globulins was increased and incorporation into albumin decreased slightly in irradiated liver. Synthesis of prealbumin and [alpha]2-globulins was not significantly changed. Keywords
