Abstract
Extensive sets of yrast and nonyrast states in have been populated by the reaction . The population of nonyrast states is attributable to the characteristics of the reaction rather than the specifics of the nuclear structure involved. Several complete particle-core multiplets have been successfully interpreted with a particle-rotor model.
