Abstract
SUMMARY: 1. A new method is described for the quantitative extraction of gonadotrophins from the urine of non-pregnant human subjects. It depends on the precipitation of the gonadotrophin with a mixture of benzoic and tungstic acids. 2. The method is simple, rapid and more efficient than the kaolin method and should be suitable for routine clinical assays of gonadotrophins. Keywords
