Abstract
The high-T c superconducting phase of Bi, Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O was prepared in films by pyrolysis of 2-ethylhexanoates. The derived T c(onset) was 115 K, and T c(end) was 102 K. From X-ray diffraction patterns, the films contained about 65% of the high-T c superconducting phaes. To increase the concentration of the high-T c superconducting phase, the partial pressure of oxygen, annealing temperature and the addition of Pb in the starting solution played important roles. Keywords
