Abstract
A mechanical device, incorporating a hydraulic automatic clutch to make possible the rapid and efficient spreading and cooling of culture media and distribution of inocula, makes feasible the use of rolled tubes, instead of Petriplates, for culturing bacteria on the surface of solidified media.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
