Abstract
The nuclei of cockerel spermatozoa were isolated and analyzed. Desoxyribonucleic acid predominated and the main protein was gallin, a typical monoprotamine which contains 26% N and 70% arginine. The molecule also contains alanine, serine, proline, valine, threonine, glycine, isoleucine and glutamic acid. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
