Abstract
Using the CLEO detector we have observed the Cabibbo-suppressed decays →K, , and . We determine B(→K)= (0.)%. Our measurement B(→ )/B(→ )=2.35±0.37±0.28 represents asubstantial improvement over previous results. We find no evidence for the decay → , and place a 90%-confidence-level upper limit of B(→ )<0.46%.
