Abstract
Two groups of rats, one from a strain showing little susceptibility to convulsions, the other from a strain showing high frequency of attacks and also having been previously exposed to convulsion-producing stimuli, were given intraperitoneal injs. of metrazol. Convulsions were obtained in both groups, the 1st above having a higher threshold and giving a different pattern of convulsion behavior than the 2d group. Repeated doses changed both the threshold and the pattern of convulsive response. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
