Abstract
A new holographic method utilizing the time-reversal operation of an electron beam has been de- vised to observe separately electric and magnetic phase distributions as interference electron micrographs, which had been unavailable using conventional methods. By this technique, both the magnetization and thickness distributions of three-dimensional cobalt particles have been determined. Keywords
