Abstract
It has recently been suggested that the capacitor discharge measurement on an organic Schottky diode determines the injected space charge rather than the barrier charge. The observation of an integral capacitance exceeding the high‐frequency capacitance is shown to imply that the barrier charge is in fact the measured quantity.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
