Abstract
A study of the impact of semiconductor superlattices on millimeter wave nonlinearities is reported. χ(3) as large as 10−2 esu can be achieved by using 250 GHz radiation. Self-induced transparency is also predicted, and its competition with the third-harmonic generation process is quantified. Keywords
