Abstract
With 90% alcohol the vitamin distributes itself almost equally between the 2 phases, with 70% alcohol the partition ratio is about 8:1 in favour of the light petroleum. The partition coefficient is unaffected by temp. changes between 10 and 30[degree] but the presence of cholesterol alters it appreciably. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
