Abstract
It is still not clear what causes the deposition of sticky amyloid b peptides in the brains of patients with Alzheimer9s disease. In a Perspective, Sangram Sisodia offers a provocative look at a new theory that postulates the involvement of defective axonal transport of cargo-laden membrane vesicles in the etiology of this neurodegenerative disease. Keywords
