Abstract
The results of feeding experiments with rats showed that, when fed at a level of 55-60%, the bean does not promote normal growth. Comparison with a well balanced diet showed that the bean is low in the quality of the protein and in vitamins A and B, and is deficient in minerals. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
