Abstract
An attempt is made to view the possibilities of BW defense against the perspective of probable trends in the development of the weapons and of international relations. The only defense against chemical and biological weapons is early warning and international agreements. A neglect of BW problems is an invitation to its use, but every epidemic should not be blamed on BW. A discussion between the medical and biological professions of various countries might initiate measures aimed at reducing the temptation to use BW.This publication has 25 references indexed in Scilit:
