Abstract
Gallocyonin-chromium with phloxine-calcium chloride counterstain is described as a superior staining method for light microscopy of tissue prepared primarily for electron microscopy. The staining method detailed permits black and white or color photography of one micron section and thus aids in correlation of light and electron microscopy of a variety of tissues. Keywords
