Abstract
This is the case history of a young woman who developed severe ulcerative stomatitis premenstrually. These lesions were proved both by skin tests and by trial to be due to progesterone. Desensitiza-tion with this hormone effected a cure. Relief was obtained when ovulation and corpus luteum formation were surpressed with estrogen. Keywords
