Abstract
Oral contents, 2 min. after ingestion of citrus fruit, contained 1-3 m[image]/1. of citric acid. Concn. rapidly decreased during subsequent 8 min. Such concn. of citric acid did not dissolve tooth enamel in the 5-7.5 pH range. Keywords
